4.6 Funds Origin. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 666pkr account are lawfully obtained and that you are the authorised user of the payment method used. Use of funds from unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.7 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy policy. 666pkr will endeavour to notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fees.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on 666pkr are subject to these Terms as well as any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules take precedence for the relevant game type.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. 666pkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of technical error, manifest pricing error, or suspected irregular betting patterns.
5.3 Voided Bets. A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if a technical error has materially affected the odds displayed. Void bets result in a return of the original stake to the User's account balance.

6.4 Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent value, and may not be exchanged for real money unless all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666pkr Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 666pkr content without prior written permission from 666pkr.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9.2 666pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 666pkr makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 666pkr is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of your gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
10.1 666pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) identity verification cannot be completed; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by 666pkr for non-breach reasons (e.g., platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), remaining verified balances will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method where practicable.
10.3 You may request voluntary closure of your 666pkr account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any verified pending withdrawal will be processed. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of first being raised, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
12.3 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall limit 666pkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 666pkr with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
